First, we will come to your home and take a look at your kitchen with you. What do you like about your kitchen? What do you hate? What works and what doesn't? How many cooks do you have? Do you eat in the kitchen? Does homework get done here? Does everyone hang out in the kitchen at parties? Do you need more storage? Do you have any special needs? We will take some measurements and pictures for our use while designing.

Next, we will ask that you give us some idea of what your budget is. We recognize that most folks do not know precisely how much it will cost to remodel their kitchen, but different designs for the same space can significantly vary in cost depending on what materials and features we include. Just point us in the right direction, and we will help you find the right materials and features to do the job beautifully, yet still fit your pocketbook.

Once back in our facilities, we will design a kitchen just for you. We will consider your specific needs, your taste, and your budget. We will meet again to review the design and discuss how the project goes together and provide an estimate of what things should cost. At this point, you should have a pretty good feel for whether we are a good fit for you. If you like what you see and want to proceed, we will have in-depth discussions about your choices for cabinetry, countertops, hardware, under-cabinet lighting, and any additional features you want to incorporate.

Then we will tweak the design to accommodate your final choices and come up with a firm price. At that time, we sign a contract. Behind the scenes, we will coordinate everything that we need to do, order all the materials required, and then call back to make an appointment with you to install your new kitchen in about eight weeks.

On the appointed day, our installers will arrive at your home and get right to work. Our skilled, professional installation teams are our employees. They are highly experienced and will make the dream kitchen you and our designers have created come to life. At the time we discussed the final details for your specific project, we will also make a firm timeline for the installation schedule to avoid surprises, but with our installation team, most kitchens are completed in about a week.
